Waiver Form

We do provide the Waiver Forms at our ranch, but if you are bringing a minor whose parent/guardian is not with them please have their parent/guardian print and fill out the waiver and bring it with you to our ranch.

• All Riders over 18 must sign a Liability Waiver

• Guardians must sign for any minors under 18

• Please fill out the entire waiver

• Be sure to download the waiver before printing
